This course invites educators to explore the value of creativity through a hands-on approach that blends theory and practice. It focuses on building a strong foundation in arts practice, igniting curiosity, and fostering a deeper understanding of how creativity shapes teaching and learning.
We will work our way through each of the Creative Collection books as we explore each art medium:
The significance of various art mediums and how to build relationships with materials
Selecting quality materials, surfaces, and tools
The educator’s role and intentionality in the creative process
Approaches to different art forms
